Thank you for choosing LearnSignatures.
Please read our refund terms carefully before placing an order.
Digital & Custom Services
All our products are custom-designed digital signatures, created individually for each customer. Because this is a personalized digital service, we cannot offer refunds once:
- Signature samples have been created, OR
- Any digital file (image/video/worksheet) has been delivered
Refunds Are Given Only If:
- The service is not delivered at all
- There is a technical failure and we are unable to resend the files

In rare and exceptional cases where a refund is approved after review by LearnSignatures, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Dissatisfaction With Style
Signature design is a creative, artistic process. Personal taste preferences (e.g., “I don’t like this style”) do not qualify for a refund.
Revisions
If changes are needed, you may request revisions (with Additional charges only). Major redesigns may require an additional purchase.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we will provide Shopify and the payment provider with all relevant order records, including delivery proofs, timestamps, and completed files, to assist in dispute resolution. Requests for optional add-on services that were not included in the purchased package do not qualify as incomplete delivery or grounds for refund.
