These Terms of Service govern your use of the LearnSignatures website and services. By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Nature of Service

LearnSignatures provides custom-designed digital signature services and learning materials.
All products are delivered digitally in soft-copy format only (images, videos, or worksheets).

No physical goods are sold or shipped.


2. Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required in advance before any work begins.

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the service will be initiated according to the selected package.

  • Certain optional services (such as tracing practice sheets) are paid add-ons and are not included in base packages unless explicitly purchased. 
  • Availability of any service “upon request” does not imply inclusion in the base package.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • The estimated delivery time is 1–3 weeks, depending on the package selected and design complexity.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to workload or design requirements.

  • Service communication and processing are handled primarily after 8:00 PM.


4. Delivery Method

All deliverables are sent digitally via:

  • Email, and/or

  • WhatsApp

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide correct contact details at checkout.


5. Revisions & Corrections

  • Signature design is a creative and artistic process.

  • Minor adjustments may be accommodated at the designer’s discretion, where applicable.

  • Major revisions or complete redesigns may require an additional purchase.

  • Requests for specific stylistic preferences must be communicated before sample creation.


6. Artistic Discretion

The designer reserves the right to:

  • Modify uppercase or lowercase letters

  • Add or adjust curves, strokes, or stylistic elements

  • Connect or separate characters or words

These decisions are made for visual and design quality. Final designs may vary based on artistic judgment.


7. Refund Policy

  • As this is a custom digital service, refunds are not guaranteed once digital files or samples have been delivered.

  • Refunds may be considered only in cases of confirmed non-delivery or technical failure, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

  • Dissatisfaction with style or personal preference does not qualify for a refund.

Please review the Refund Policy before placing an order.


8. Confidentiality & Usage

  • All designs and videos are treated as private and confidential.

  • Delivered files may contain a watermark for brand identification.

  • Customers may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the designs.


9. Limitation of Liability

LearnSignatures shall not be liable for:

  • Delay caused by incorrect contact details

  • Customer’s inability to learn or replicate a signature

  • Personal interpretation of design style

Outcomes vary depending on practice and individual handwriting skills.


10. Fraud & Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, LearnSignatures reserves the right to submit:

  • Order records

  • Delivery proof

  • Communication logs

  • Final delivered files

To Shopify or relevant payment providers for resolution.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
