These Terms of Service govern your use of the LearnSignatures website and your purchase of LearnSignatures products and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Products & Services

LearnSignatures provides:

  • Custom digital signature designs

  • Signature-learning courses and educational materials

  • Digital signature files, worksheets and tutorials

  • Personalised signature stamps and other customised physical products

Digital products are delivered electronically. Physical products are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s order and delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

2. Custom Signature Stamps

Signature stamps are personalised, made-to-order products created using the signature or artwork submitted by the customer.

By placing an order for a signature stamp, the customer confirms that:

  • The signature submitted belongs to them; or

  • They have the necessary permission or authorization from the person concerned to reproduce the signature.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the submitted signature, artwork and information may lawfully be reproduced and used.

LearnSignatures may request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to assess authorization, fraud, legality or potential misuse. LearnSignatures reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold an order where such concerns arise.

CUSTOMER DECLARATION — SIGNATURE STAMP

I confirm that I am the owner of the signature submitted for this order, or that I have the necessary authorization to have it reproduced. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for the signature submitted, the resulting stamp, and any use or misuse of the stamp. I confirm that the stamp will not be used for fraud, forgery, impersonation, deception, or any unlawful purpose.

3. Responsibility for Use of Signature Stamps

The customer acknowledges and agrees that LearnSignatures acts solely as a manufacturer and seller of a personalised product and has no control over the customer’s subsequent use of the stamp.

The customer shall be solely responsible for the possession, custody, use and misuse of the signature stamp after delivery, including any documents, transactions, applications, contracts, records or other materials on which the stamp is used.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LearnSignatures shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, legal consequence, financial loss, fraudulent activity, forgery, impersonation, unauthorized transaction, misrepresentation or other consequence arising from the customer’s use, misuse, transfer, sharing, loss or unauthorized use of the signature stamp.

Any person who places an order for a signature stamp represents that they have the legal right and necessary authorization to request reproduction of the submitted signature and accepts responsibility for doing so.

LearnSignatures does not authorize, encourage or permit the use of any signature stamp for forgery, fraud, impersonation, deception or any unlawful activity.

LearnSignatures reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold an order where there are reasonable concerns regarding unauthorized use, fraud, legality or potential misuse.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Full payment is required before production begins.

  • Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

  • Personalised stamps are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s submitted design.

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct signature/design, name, phone number, email address and shipping address.

  • Certain optional services or products may be available as paid add-ons and are not included unless specifically purchased.

5. Production, Cancellation & Delivery

Personalised physical products are made to order.

Once production or customisation of a personalised product has commenced, the customer may not be able to cancel the order or request changes, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where LearnSignatures agrees to do so.

Estimated delivery time for signature stamps is normally 7–15 business days.

In some cases, including remote-area delivery, high order volume, manufacturing delays, courier delays, holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, delivery may take longer. Customers should allow up to 30 days in exceptional circumstances.

The 30-day period is a maximum estimated delivery allowance and is not a guarantee that every order will require 30 days.

Domestic Shipping

LearnSignatures may use different delivery providers depending on the destination, availability and service suitability.

For major cities and serviceable locations, delivery may be made through DTDC or another private courier service.

For remote or less-served areas, LearnSignatures may use India Post, Speed Post or another suitable postal/courier service.

The shipping provider may be selected at the discretion of LearnSignatures based on destination and availability.

International Shipping

International orders may be shipped through India Post or an appropriate international courier service depending on destination, availability and shipping requirements.

International delivery times may vary because of customs clearance, local postal services, import procedures and other circumstances outside LearnSignatures’ control.

Any customs duties, import taxes, local charges or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, PIN/ZIP code, phone number and recipient information.

LearnSignatures shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because personalised signature stamps are custom-made specifically for individual customers, they cannot ordinarily be returned simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer requires the product.

If a product is received damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured or materially different from the approved design, the customer should contact LearnSignatures within 3 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs/video evidence.

Where appropriate, LearnSignatures may provide a replacement, correction or refund in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any consumer rights available under applicable law.

8. Design Approval

Where a design preview or confirmation is provided before production, the customer is responsible for checking the signature, spelling and other relevant details before approving production.

Once production has begun, changes requested by the customer may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

9. Customer-Submitted Signature & Artwork

The customer represents and warrants that they have the necessary rights, authorization or permission to submit any signature, logo, artwork or other material provided to LearnSignatures for reproduction.

LearnSignatures may refuse an order where there are reasonable concerns that the submitted material is unauthorized, fraudulent, unlawful or intended for misuse.

10. Privacy & Customer Information

LearnSignatures may retain information reasonably necessary to process and fulfil an order, including:

  • Customer name

  • Contact details

  • Shipping address

  • Order information

  • Payment/order reference

  • Submitted signature or artwork

  • Customer communications

  • Production information

  • Shipping and delivery information

Customer information will be handled in accordance with the LearnSignatures Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Fraud, Misuse & Chargebacks

LearnSignatures reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold an order where there are reasonable concerns regarding fraud, unauthorized signature reproduction, payment fraud or unlawful use.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, LearnSignatures may provide relevant records to Shopify, Razorpay, banks, payment providers, courier companies or relevant authorities where appropriate.

Such records may include:

  • Order details

  • Payment records

  • Customer declaration

  • Submitted signature/design

  • Customer communications

  • Production records

  • Shipping information

  • Delivery confirmation

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LearnSignatures shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, dispute, financial loss, fraudulent transaction, legal consequence or other consequence arising from:

  • The customer’s use or misuse of a signature stamp

  • Unauthorized use of a stamp by the customer or another person

  • The customer’s submission of a signature without proper authorization

  • Fraud, forgery or impersonation carried out using a stamp after delivery

  • The customer’s transfer, sharing or loss of possession of the stamp

  • Incorrect information supplied by the customer

  • Courier delays or delivery failures caused by third parties

  • Customs delays or restrictions

  • Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of LearnSignatures

The customer remains solely responsible for the possession and use of the signature stamp after delivery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Digital Products

For digital signature designs, courses, worksheets and tutorials:

  • Deliverables are primarily sent through email and/or WhatsApp.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact information.

  • Estimated delivery is generally 1–3 weeks, depending on the package and design complexity.

  • Custom digital products are not ordinarily refundable after delivery, subject to applicable consumer rights.

  • Customers may not resell, redistribute or claim authorship of LearnSignatures’ original designs and educational materials.

14. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

Customer-submitted signatures and personal information will be treated as private and confidential, subject to applicable law and the LearnSignatures Privacy Policy.

LearnSignatures’ original designs, educational materials, videos, worksheets, branding and other intellectual property may not be copied, resold, redistributed or claimed as the customer’s own work without permission.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

16. Changes to Terms

LearnSignatures may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
